When Will My Order Be Processed?

We are committed to ensuring that you receive your items as quickly as possible. When placing an order, please carefully select the correct model and color, as we cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been submitted.

Orders will be processed within 48 hours after being placed and will be shipped out accordingly. Typically, you can expect to receive your items within 7-15 days. Please note that during holidays and promotional seasons, additional time may be required for order processing.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your items have been shipped, we will immediately send you a shipping confirmation email to track the status of your shipment. We offer free worldwide shipping.

Tracking

As the recipient, you are responsible for tracking the status of your order and submitting any necessary requirements to customs or courier companies in a timely manner. If the order is marked as returned to the sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the recipient’s inability to follow up or submit the necessary requirements or notifications to the courier, we will not be able to process any refunds or replacements for free, and you may need to place the order again.

Delivery Details

Your order may be subject to delays due to the customs clearance process in your local area. This process may require additional documentation and time.

Your order will be delivered by your local post office or a courier company. In most cases, orders will be delivered through your local postal service, and the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not at home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to inform you of how and where to collect your delivery.

Taxes and Duties

Upon arrival in the destination country/region, your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and related fees. These charges are determined by the customs office of the destination country.

You are responsible for checking the restricted items list in your local postal regulations, as we are not liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country/region.

Foreign Transaction Fees

If your credit card account is in a currency other than USD, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to foreign currency transaction fees. These fees are determined by your bank’s pricing and transaction fee policies. Our store prices are displayed in your local currency, but will be converted to USD at checkout. All transactions will be processed in USD through PayPal or credit card on the checkout page.

Cancellation/Changes

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
